Rontex Limited’s founder, Roy Harris, has been collecting from charities since 1982. Passed down from father to son our current Director is Mark Harris, who has been in the industry since 1999.
Our highly skilled and reliable workforce help collect and distribute over 120 tonnes of material weekly from local and national charities.
We know the key to success is to supply a reliable service, keeping clear much needed space and fire exits clear.
Our warehouse is based a short drive from the M25 near the Dartford Toll crossing meaning we are well located to cover our large collection area. We also have various unloading points should a driver unexpectedly become full.
A minimum of 3 Drivers/Vehicles are kept as spare to ensure a smoothly run collection service.
We hold a Waste Carriers Licence, and relevant exemption licences that can be forwarded upon request. Our memberships include TRUST (Trader Recycling Universal Standard) and TRA (Textile Recycling Association). These memberships mean you can be assured you are dealing with a reputable and reliable business.
Unlike many other merchants, all items collected are hand sorted here in the UK, providing much needed employment and keeping the industry going.

We are well known and respected in the Textile Recycling industry. obviously, whatever we buy we must sell. During the ongoing industry crisis we have had no issues moving stock, in fact we have taken on more charities and used the opportunity to grow. We have multiple outlets which include the UK, Europe, Africa and the Middle East.
