PRICES
Prices offered will be current and sustainable! Please note most rag merchants are currently following a trend of paying separately for clothing and household textles (linen). This separaton benefts the merchant, not the charity and makes the clothing price look high as they pay very litle for the household. We can offer to collect the old-fashioned way with them mixed or price them separately for your understanding.
PAYMENT
All collections are paid for via bank card or cash immediately at the till with a detailed receipt stating the volume of materials collected by type and totals paid. Bank transfers can be made on a Weekly/Monthly basis if this is your preference aned will be overseen by a dedicated accounts manager.
Contract
With Rontex there is no need to sign a contract tying you to using us. We keep our customers through competitive pricing and reliability, this puts you back fully in control. However, we are happy to sign contracts supplied by charities if this would be your preference.
COLLECTION SCHEDULES
We supply a bespoke collection service tailored to meet your needs with pre-agreed, regular scheduled collections. A collection once or twice a week normally suits the needs of most charity shops, but we can call daily if the volume of materials you generate requires this service.
It is very unlikely collections are missed as we always keep vehicles and drivers as spare in case of breakdowns or sickness, this means it’s VERY unlikely we miss a collecton. In the VERY unlikely event of us being unable to collect we contact the shop and tell them the REAL reason, no excuses, no lies. If this situaton did occur, then we catch up within one working day.
All our vehicles are fitted with real time tracking and in cab satellite navigation with two-way communicaton, this means we always know exactly where they are and can divert the nearest one to you should you need an emergency clearance.
